Who we are

Africa Union Transport (AUT) (PTY) Ltd was formed in 2003 as the transport arm of Africa Union Holdings.

Africa Union Holdings have eleven business units, comprising the following: Africa Union Energy, Africa Union Food Security, Africa Union Health, African Union Public Works, Africa Union Distributors, Africa Union Financial Services, Africa Union Trading, Africa Union Commercial Investments, Africa union Telecommunications, Africa Union Mining Corporation and Africa Union Transport (AUT).

Up to now, Africa Union Transport has been focused on providing transportation of cargo to Zambia and the DRC East through the Walvis Bay Corridor and Durban. In early 2011, AUT started developing their Shipping Services and now offer the AUT Express Service to Matadi, as well as also offering a host of Ships Agency, C&F and Logistics services. AUT boasts a staff with a rich Freight / Operational& Seafarer background. All 12 staff are highly multi-skilled and have a combined experience of 250 years in the industry.
